INTRODUCTION
The Perspective Plan for the period of ten years commencing from academic year 2025-2025 to academic year 2035-2036 has been prepared by the institution. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the institute has taken initiatives in preparation of the development plan. The Feedbacks from all stakeholders, their expectations, management policies and goals and objectives of the institute helped to established base for formulation of the development plan. Besides this, innovative ideas from Principal, Faculty, Administrative staff, Students Alumni Association and Parents as suggested have also been carefully considered in development plan. An active role by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of any institution is crucial in maintaining the momentum of quality consciousness. Internal Quality Assurance Cell is bound to planning, guiding and monitoring the quality assurance and enhancement activities of the institution.
The college prepared a Development Plan for the period of Ten years commencing from academic year 2025-26 to 2035-36 for our planning and decision making for day to day operations. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and all the departments of the college has taken initiatives in preparation of ten years developmental plan. The draft of development plan has to be discussed, reviewed and approved in the college staff meeting, College Development Committee of College. It is our sincere efforts to prepare the framework for our collective efforts directed towards the attainment of Academic excellence, our goals and objectives and keep our self ahead of the contemporaries.
