I am currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry at Gramgeeta Mahavidyalaya, Chimur, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra, affiliated with Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. I have been serving in this position since 2015 and have over 11 years of undergraduate and 3 years of postgraduate teaching experience.

I was awarded a Ph.D. in Chemistry by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, in 2024. I have qualified NET-JRF twice, SET, and GATE. I am a University-recognized Ph.D. Supervisor and a P.G.-approved teacher.

My research work includes 9 research papers published in national and international journals, along with contributions to 3 textbooks and 1 book chapter. I have also presented my research work at various national and international conferences.
